Sutter Health Registered Nurse - ED (Davis) (36 hours/week) in Davis, California
The Registered Nurse in the Acute Care setting manages the patient/family experience through utilization of critical thinking, teamwork, effective communication, and nursing judgment/knowledge/skills.
_MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS_
Education/including Licensure/ Certification/ Registration:
Current licensure California RN or Interim Permitee; BLS -Health Care Provider; Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BS preferred.
Must have demonstrated knowledge of basic nursing skills and effective English written and communication skills.
Acute care experience is preferred.
Demonstrate knowledge of a 12- lead EKG.
Demonstrate competency in central line specimen collection.
Respiratory Nebulizer Treatments.
Care of patient with a chest tube
Independently practices and prioritize multiple demands in a ever-changing environment. Good interpersonal, communication (both oral and written) and teamwork skills is required.
