Sutter Health Housekeeper in ‘Ewa Beach, Hawaii
To maintain assigned areas in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition by performing work assignments in an effective and prescribed manner. To respond to special request for cleaning or assistance in order to maintain the overall smooth flow of work as well as a clean and orderly condition of the hospital. Performs other duties as assigned.
High school graduation or equivalent.
High School graduate or equivalent required. Basic skills in reading, writing, and mathematics are required. The incumbent must be able to speak English as well as to understand and follow directions
Knowledge of material safety data sheets, cleaning chemicals, solutions, and procedures as relates to a health facility.
Must be willing to train on new and varied equipment such as extractors, buffers, etc.
Some requirements include heavy physical lifting up to 60 lbs., bending and walking. Must meet the basic health requirements of Kahi Mohala’s physical examination including 2-Step TB skin test or chest x-ray.
