Sutter Health CT Technologist / Staff Technologist in Lakeport, California

Description

CT Technologist performs diagnostic computerized tomography examinations for subsequent evaluation/treatment by a radiologist. The incumbent provides support, assistance and works with the radiologist in an advisory role. The incumbent is also accountable for the operation and maintenance of equipment. The incumbent works with risk and critically ill patients The incumbent takes call for emergency procedures and does support for Diagnostic X-Ray.

Qualifications

Experience

Completion of training program in computerized axial tomography preferred or on the job training. Required

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - ARRT Required

Basic Life Support Certification - BLS Required

Certified Radiologic Technologist - CRT Required
