Leads a team charged with 24x7x365 High availability, Incident, Problem, Enterprise Change and Service Request management. Responsibilities include full operational hardware and software life cycle management, operational support and service excellence of a 24x7x365 sophisticated infrastructure to support a large, complex and geographically diverse multi-entity business. Provides training for staff, maintains quality control, quality assurance reports, process improvement, contributes to annual roadmaps, and adequate inventory of supplies. Responsible for hardware and software maintenance programs and assisting with associated budgeting tracking.

Qualifications

Travel required

Cherwell/ITSM and Lawson experience

Experience in information systems operational support, preferably in a healthcare setting, as typically acquired in 3 to 6 years.

Some supervisory experience in a technical setting or equivalent desired.

Working in a 24x7 technical operations environment.

Working within quality development teams desired.

Desired experience working with Remedy.

Desired familiarity with ITIL practices.

Use diagnostic software and operate test equipment.

Strong technical/hardware/software troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Strong oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

Influence without direct control and/or authority.

Evaluate workload, available resources and adjust schedules and priorities as required
