Sutter Health Business Intelligence Analyst, 2 in Mather, California
Facilitates in collecting business requirements and documents business data dictionaries, metadata and business rules in support of strategic enterprise data presentation solutions. Prepares documentation for developers to build data presentation applications.
Bachelor's BA/BS degree in IS or Computer Science Required Or equivalent education/experience
3-5 years Relevant work experience as typically acquired in 3 to 5 years. Required
Healthcare experience. Preferred
Expert use of presentations, word processing and spreadsheet applications, preferably Microsoft. Experience working with data modeling tools and EDW design concepts.
Working knowledge of Export, Transform and Load (ETL).
Working knowledge of data modeling tools.
Expertise with data quality issues.
Experience developing processes.
Ability to work with defect tracking tools.
Experience working with 4GLs/reporting tools.
Strong SQL skills.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
Expert analytical skills.
Good organization, prioritization and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with vendors, co-workers and users.
Ability to work independently and as a team member on multiple project teams.
