Sutter Health Administrative Assistant-PAFMG Administration in Mountain View, California
The Administrative Assistant's primary responsibility is to ensure professional, administrative and secretarial support to their assigned department and \ or executive officer. Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports, working on specialized projects. Also may include training and supervising other support staff. Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.
REQUIRED: high school diploma; AS / BS preferred.
At least 5 years of Administrative Assistant experience; strong experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in a health care setting.
Must be able and willing to travel to other Sutter/PAMF locations
