Sutter Health Dietary Aide - Per Diem in Novato, California
Novato Community Hospital is a 47-bed acute-care hospital located approximately 30 miles north of San Francisco. It is a part of the Sutter Health network of doctors, not-for-profit hospitals and other health care service providers sharing resources and expertise to advance health care quality and access in the more than 100 Northern California cities and communities.
Serves patient and cafeteria food. Maintains sanitation in assigned areas. Practices good customer service haptis towards staff, patients and visitors.
Prior experience in preparing and cooking food in an institutional setting. Must be able to utilize and maintain recipes, production guides and patient records. Must have knowledge of basic cooking techniques and the ability to perform math as required to adjust recipes. Must also have prior experience in menu maintenance and distribution, knowledge of sanitation in assigned area, and patients and cafeteria service required. Must have demonstrated excellent customer service. High school diploma or the equivalent required.
