The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for the provision of ethical, professional, and patient care oriented pharmaceutical services.
Graduate of a college of school of pharmacy (BS, MS, PharmD, or Ph.D.).
Licenses: Current California Pharmacist license required.
Post graduate or continuing education courses related to the patient population served by Alta Bates Medical Center preferred.
Maintains confidentiality of patient information.
Complies with all hospital policies, state and federal regulations, and JCAHO standards related to pharmacy practice.
Computer literacy and experience.
At least on year of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience (may include intern experience).
Ability to supervise and effectively utilize technicians
