The IPS/SCC Sales and Contract Coordinator position provides a full-compliment of confidential, and professional support for the Director, SCC Sales and IPS Department. The Sales and Contract Coordinator is responsible for the preparation and verification of new and existing contracts and associated paperwork in order to prepare a complete contract package for IPS and Sutter Community Connect. Manages the contract proponents from the conception of contract service through approval, execution or other service requirements. Ensures contract packages are complete and in compliance with federal and state regulations and company policy. Drafts Statements of Work and operational documents for SPS and Sutter Community Connect. Maintains a complete contract tracking record, using company tracking applications. The incumbent will be responsible for updating and maintaining sales reports as needed and work with various internal departments to update, prepare, route and track a variety of business correspondence, contracts, communication and presentations. This position also coordinates and plans meetings, and reserves and secures conference rooms for training and team events as directed by the Director, SCC Sales. Works on various special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

HS Diploma required or equivalent education/experience.

Associate's preferred.

Experience

2 years relevant experience in contract administration activities required.

Experience in healthcare practices and interacting with physicians and medical office staff on a one-on-one basis highly desired.

Previous work experience in legal office or healthcare industry.

Experience writing and interpreting contracts.

Experience with Microsoft CRM.

Skills and Knowledge
