Sutter Health Coordinator-Project II in Sacramento, California


The Project Coordinator II is responsible for managing focused areas of the project, across many project teams, from conception to completion on moderate to high risk and complexity. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating and facilitating activities and resources to meet project requirements and completion dates. This position develops and maintains project infrastructure in relation to tools, processes and resources, conducts process analysis and creates status reports showing productivity progress and prepares senior level communications to convey results. This position provides administrative support to assigned project teams as needed.



  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field preferred


  • PMI's, CAPM or PMP Certification preferred


  • 3+ years of progressively responsible administrative support experience required

  • 2+ years supporting a project management function required

  • 1+ year experience in the healthcare industry preferred
