Sutter Health Service Delivery Manager in Sacramento, California


The Service Delivery Manager functions as a point of accountability and works with the management team to ensure the satisfactory delivery of services to internal clients and donors including implementation, training, and support of philanthropy information systems, technologies, and services. This position is responsible for training program development and training delivery functions, as well as managing staff in the areas of request and issue intake, dispatch, and tracking, and end user support for technology and data solutions. Works with staff and leaders to drive accountability and results; Works with independence, decision-making responsibility, and close partnership with peers and leadership; Determines methods, resources, priorities, timetables and monitoring for quality results; And oversees projects or portions of projects.



Bachelor's - Technical, Communications, Education, Management or other related required

Master's preferred


6-9 years relevant work experience required

6 mos-2 years personnel and project management required

3-5 years training program development and delivery preferred

3-5 years customer service / support preferred

3-5 years business relationship management preferred

Skills and Knowledge

Leadership skills required

Excellent written and oral communication skills required

Technical / Service background required

Knowledge of Philanthropy preferred

Knowledge of Health Care preferred

Good organizational skills

Able to work in a fast paced changing environment
