POSITION SUMMARY :
Under the direction of a licensed nurse, participates in the pt/family care and experience through teamwork, effective communication, and basic care skills.
Community- Promotes a positive relationship between Sutter Health and the community.
Finance- Utilizes resources to deliver quality care in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
Growth- Follows patient/family plan of care throughout hospitalization to achieve optimal transition and progression
toward discharge for patient/family.

Excellence promoting a positive work environment.
Quality- Provides optimal care to patients/family per facility standards to achieve best possible outcomes.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education/including Licensure/ Certification/ Registration:
High school diploma, GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. May require completion of an accredited program in assigned area.
Must have demonstrated knowledge of effective English written and communication skills and basic computer
Current nurses assistant experience, or currently enrolled in an accredited LVN or RN school program, or successful completion of a nurses assistant training program.
Under the direction of RN/LVN, manages multiple demands in an ever-changing environment.
