Ther Respiratory Care Practitioner is responsible for providing basic and advanced Respiratory Care services to newborn, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Respiratory services include and are not limited to airway management, respiratory monitoring, special respiratory care procedures, respiratory emergencies, mechanical ventilation, pulmonary function testing, and pulmonary rehabilitation.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in Respiratory Care Technology

  • Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP), licensed by the State of California required.

  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

  • ACLS, PALS, and NRP certification preferred.

Licensed new graduates accepted. Previous clinical experience in Respiratory Care preferred.
