Sutter Health Clinic Supervisor Bay Area Employee Health in San Mateo, California



Under the direction of the Director of Operations, Employee Health Services Bay Area, the Employee Health Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily activities and operations of one or more employee health clinics. These clinics provide employee health services to acute & ambulatory care employees, physicians, students & volunteers for Sutter affiliates. This position manages up to five employees.



  • HS diploma required

  • Bachelors degree preferred and/or equivalent education/experience

  • RN License with state of CA upon hire


  • 3 - 5 years Supervisory experiencepreferably in a clinic setting in occupationalhealth, urgent care or infectioncontrol

  • Must have experiencemanaging clinic operations/programs, working knowledge of CMS, TJC, OSHA, IMQ
