POSITION SUMMARY:

The Guest Services Associate , under general supervision, is responsible for the provision of non-medical guest services for the guest patient.These services include: housekeeping functions; meal and nourishment service; linen coordination; guest-patient transportation; waste management.

Qualifications

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education, including Licensure/ Certification / Registration

  • High School Graduate or equivalent required

  • Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance required

Experience

  • Experience in hotel, hospital or hospitality industry—environmental/ housekeeping/janitorial services preferred
